Bollard is zinc primed and finished in our RAL colours.
Lock unit: made of stainless steel. The stainless steel lock protector is spring loaded and shields the mechanism from ingress.
Ground-cover (skirt):
Made of 460, 10 mm gauge steel.
Non-slip with a raised paved, effect and a slope calculated to allow water to run off.
Galvanised & lacquered black, fixed to the casing by four stainless steel Hex socket cap head screws (Ø 12 mm).
Sliding mechanism:
The bollard support is equipped with guide ball bearings, distortion resistant, hard wearing. The bollard slides vertically in a removable drum inserted in the external casing and is raised using a sealed gas piston.
Casing:
External casing made of galvanised sheet steel, with strong lifting eyelets for quick and easy installation.
This product is designed to deter vehicular passage and it is not an “anti-ram” device and should not be used as such.
- Closing: with one turn of the key, the bollard rises and automatically locks into the raised position
- Opening: turn the key and remove it, then apply vertical pressure to the dome of the bollard with the foot, until it locks automatically in the lowered position
- Lock unit: made of stainless steel. The stainless steel lock protector is spring loaded and shields the mechanism from ingress of dirt. The standard lock supplied uses an 11 mm triangle key.
